Fulfillment Centers

With our various fulfillment centers across the United States and Puerto Rico, we work with the top freight carriers (such as FedEx Freight, etc.) to deliver your products door-to-door and for free as soon as possible.

Tracking Delivery

When your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking link. You can use the link at any time to check its progress to know where your orders are and when they’ll arrive.

"Sold Out" Products

When a product is out-of-stock, customers can't add it to their carts, and a "Sold Out" label will display on store pages and product details pages. Contact us for the possibility to "Re-Order" the item.

It takes 2-3 business days for your payment to become available after you place your order.


FOR ITEMS IN OUR U.S. WAREHOUSES: It may take 2-5 business days for orders to process and ship. Deliveries of items from our U.S. fulfillment centers is estimated to be between 7 to 10 days.


FOR ITEMS IN OUR CHINA WAREHOUSES: It may take 14-21 business days for orders to process and Ship. Deliveries of items from our CHINA warehouses is estimated to be 30 days plus (+).


With our factory located in China, it is difficult to maintain all products within our U.S. fulfillment centers. Therefore, “in-stock” items shall include inventories both within our U.S. fulfillment centers and at our CHINA fulfillment centers.
